SHENYANG, April 12 (Xinhua) -- Xu Baiyuan, who is from Pingjiang County of central China's Hunan Province which is known as the country's "home of spicy strips," started his business in northeast China in 2006. Relying on mature sauce technology from Hunan and high quality soybeans from northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, he founded the company Yangyang Food and the brand Renxing Wangzi.
After years of efforts in the industry, the enterprise has not only built soybean-sourced spicy strips production chains, but also developed flour-sourced spicy strips production lines, which uses wheat flour exclusively developed to make spicy strips.
At present, Yangyang Food has set up an omni-channel sales network covering e-commerce platforms, chain supermarkets and export trade, with its products not only sold well in northeast China, but also exported to international markets such as Russia and Kazakhstan.
