SOFIA, Nov. 24 (Xinhua) -- China's Wang Zisai took the silver medal in the men's individual trampoline at the 29th FIG Trampoline Gymnastics World Age Group Competitions here on Thursday.
Wang, who competed in the 15-16 age group, gained 58.740 points.
Gabriel Albuquerque of Portugal snatched the title with 58.930 points, while Magsud Mahsudov of Azerbaijan took the bronze with 55.990 points.
Meanwhile, Yao Jinqi of China ranked fourth in the women's individual trampoline in the same age group. She gained 52.370 points, only 0.07 points behind bronze medalist Misaki Ishida of Japan. Italy's Silvia Coluzzi won the title with 53.820 points, followed by Kiko Tanaka of Japan with 52.860.
Nearly 800 athletes from 41 countries and regions are participating in the four-day event, which kicked off in the Arena Sofia Hall on Wednesday.
