New Delhi [India], January 14(ANI/NewsVoir): With the onset of leading a better and healthy life, the need to have spacious homes with a host of amenities has become a must-have across all segments. Premium homes always had an array of amenities, but the demand from affordable homes has become prominent now. No lifts, no security or a simple facade in affordable projects is a thing of the past.
Now, it is unthinkable to sell projects that are shorn off lifestyle quotients. The segment has been able to gain increasing acceptance after it got a complete makeover where people can have lifts and other amenities in the project, which were missing in earlier such projects. Some other conveniences that have become a standard part of affordable housing include walking track, convenient parking, green areas and landscaping. In recent years, Club houses and basement parking have also become standard features. Future affordable housings from established and professional builders are even equipped with automated water pump system for overhead storage tanks and advanced fire addressable system.
"Looking at the demand and the support from the Government, developers improved the facilities in affordable projects. People of all segments deserve a better lifestyle and Sushma provides the best product across all price ranges. Safety of the kids is also what we never compromise on," said Prateek Mittal, Executive Director, Sushma Group, and IIT alumnus. Sushma Group is one of the Top 10 Developers in Chandigarh, and has a trustworthy name based on the Sushma Group's customer reviews.
Home sales in India's eight largest markets improved significantly during the July-September (Q3) 2021 period, according to Real Insight (Residential) - July-September (Q3) 2021, as demand for houses perked up. The demand for affordable housing has risen as a result of historically low home loan interest rates and infrastructural development in newer locations, which are typically the heart of affordable housing.
Indeed, thanks to rising demand and supply in the affordable housing market, the real estate sector is picking up speed. Affordable housing has accounted for more than 40 per cent of demand, up from 30 per cent in the early years. The presence of projects that appeal to the most recent buyer criteria, particularly in the affordable category, is the key to this recovery.
A glaring example of catering as per the market needs is Sushma Joynest ZRK 1 in Zirakpur. On the Chandigarh-Delhi National Highway, the project is low-rise with elevators and boasts of a clubhouse, gymnasium, landscaped gardens, kids play area, modern security and safety measures. The homes by one of the Top 10 Developers in Zirakpur are perfect residential living spaces with many high-end amenities, provided at an affordable cost within a great neighborhood. Demand for housing is shifting toward initiatives that address health and safety issues. Being close to Chandigarh, the areas have huge appeal due to the expanded infrastructure. As the movement of corporations and industries increased, so did the demand for affordable housing. Buyers of affordable homes demand reduced traffic and shorter travel times to employment hubs, and Zirakpur meets these requirements.
Regardless of price range, real estate is all about improving people's lives. Zirakpur in the Tricity region is on the rise. Zirakpur stands currently the focus of real estate development; as infrastructure improves, the area is quickly becoming the hottest real estate destination. Many cities benefited from the movement of industrial and commercial units; Zirakpur, for example, has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, with numerous job opportunities opening up.
