JAKARTA -- Indonesia is planning to stop exports of raw materials in the next few years following the country's current prohibition of nickel ore shipment.

YANGON -- Myanmar's Ministry of Health on Wednesday lifted a stay-at-home order in 28 more townships after fewer COVID-19 cases were reported recently in the areas.
According to the ministry's announcement, the stay-at-home order will be removed in the townships of Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory, Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Shan states, Magway and Mandalay regions starting Thursday. (Myanmar-Stay At Home Order-Lifting)

NEW DELHI -- International flight operations are expected to return to normal soon in India, local media reported Wednesday.

TOKYO -- Tokyo confirmed five new COVID-19 infection cases on Wednesday, logging the lowest daily number for this year, with 77 new cases reported nationwide as of 6:00 p.m. local time, government data showed.
